Ordering

After selection of item(s), it/they must to be added to the electronic shopping cart.

You may see your shopping cart, if you click on the “Shopping Cart” button in the header of the webpage.

All items which have been added to your Shopping Cart may be seen as a list, and to each item the desired amount (pcs) and the price have been added. Also the total sum payable for the whole content of your shopping cart is indicated.

For placing an order, get started by clicking the button of „Place an order“.
When you place an order, please fill in correctly the according data needed for the delivery of the parcel. If you would like to have the parcel delivered to an address different from yours – for example as a gift to someone, we ask you to activate the field for a different delivery address and fill in the data of the recipient of the parcel.

Upon the confirmation of the order you will be issued a prepayment invoice which may be paid either directly via the internet banking link or by bank transfer. A copy of the invoice for your confirmed order will also be sent to your e-mail address, in case you want to pay for the order at a later time.

The goods shall be dispatched immediately after the invoice has been paid for. For orders which have been placed and paid for before 12 am on a working day, the mailing of these items shall take place on the very same day.

Methods of payment

For purchases made in our Minikosmeetika.ee online shop, we offer the following methods of payment:

Links available to internet banking portals

The different banks are Swedbank, SEB Pank, Nordea Pank, Danske Pank, LHV Pank and Krediidipank. Upon the confirmation of an order, the according sales invoice shall be displayed on the monitor. For making the payment via the internet banking link, click on the icon for the internet banking link. A copy of the invoice shall be sent to your e-mail address, in case you would like to pay for the invoice at a later time.

Bank transfer
After an order has been confirmed, the according sales invoice shall be displayed on the monitor. If you desire it, a copy of the invoice shall also be sent to your e-mail address immediately, so you may print it out and make the payment by bank transfer either online or at your bank. If you pay by bank transfer, please do not forget to indicate the sales invoice number under intended use.

Article price

All prices at the Minikosmeetika.ee online shop are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Extra shipping charges shall be added to the purchases made depending on the customer’s choice of delivery option: for SmartPost: 2.80€, for Omniva: 2.80€

The prices shall be applicable starting from the order date until the expiry of the due date for payment (7 days starting from the date, when the order was placed).

If the order has been placed before a change in conditions of sales or prices takes place, then, regarding the legal relationship which has been established between the Customer and Minikosmeetika.ee, the conditions valid at the time of the placement of the order shall apply.

Procedure for expedition and delivery of goods

After the sales contract has come into force (i.e. payment has been made by the Customer), Minikosmeetika.ee shall complete the order and forward the parcel to the logistics partner to have it delivered to the Customer.

Orders which have been placed and paid for on a working day before 12 noon shall be received by the Customer on the following day or according to the delivery date marked on the article card. On the Estonian islands delivery may take up to 3 days. In case there is a delay in delivery for any reason, the Minikosmeetika.ee customer service together with the Customer shall agree on a convenient time of delivery.

Previously shown delivery deadlines shall be valid as of the date of payment made.

In order to ensure timely delivery, please be careful to correctly enter the delivery data while placing the order.

Regarding parcels where items have been damaged during transportation, however not their packaging, they shall be replaced to the Customer. In the case that replacement turns out to be impossible, we offer a refund compensation of payment made for the goods.

Minikosmeetika.ee shall not be responsible for a delay in the delivery of the goods, if the goods have been forwarded in time to the logistics partner for delivery, yet the delay in delivery has been caused by circumstances which could be neither foreseen nor influenced by Minikosmeetika.ee.

Procedure for forwarding of information

After confirmation of an order the according invoice shall be displayed on the monitor for your convenient payment, either via the online banking link (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea) or, for other banks, as a domestic payment. The data needed for making a domestic payment is shown on the invoice page displayed on the monitor after the order has been confirmed.

A summary of what has been agreed upon in the order shall be sent to your e-mail address, in case that you desire to do the payment for the invoice at a later time.

Terms of privacy

All personal data about the Customer which becomes known in the process of visiting the Minikosmeetika.ee online shop and making purchases there shall be treated as confidential information. Due to the cryptographic information link established with the banks, the privacy of the personal and banking data of the purchaser is secured.

Minikosmeetika.ee takes any precautions (incl. administrative, technical and physical measures) necessary for the protection of the Customer’s personal data. Access required for making changes and processing of data is provided solely to authorised persons.

The right of sale or return & guarantee

For the goods which have been purchased at the Minikosmeetika.ee online shop, a 14-day right of sale or return shall apply starting from the day of the receipt of the ordered goods. The right of sale or return has been established for the purpose of providing a guarantee that the goods received shall correspond to the goods ordered.

  • The goods to be returned must be unused and be contained in the original packaging.
  • In order for the goods to be returned, an application must be made to the e-mail address of info@minikosmeetika.ee within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
  • The return of the goods shall take place at the expense of the Customer and in that case the original shipping charges shall not be refunded (except for the case that the goods received do not correspond to the goods ordered).
  • In the case of a return of the goods ordered, the purchased item(s) must be returned immediately, however, no later than within 30 days.
  • The money for the returned goods shall be refunded immediately, however, no later than within 30 days.

The Consumer’s right of sale or return has been established by legal act.
